Peter Middleton, Managing Director of Low Carbon Wales, greets the Chinese Minister Counsellor of Education Mr Tian Xiaogang at the Dragon to Dragon Event in Swansea on the 28th June.

The Event was organised by the Dragon Innovation Partnership to develop educational and business linking opportunities between Wales and China. ‘China should be viewed as an opportunity not a threat’, Mr Middleton said, ‘Many companies in China are looking toward Wales as a destination rich in niche innovative talent. Initiatives like the Dragon Innovation Partnership can pave the way for Welsh Companies and Universities to tap into Global markets.’
